On Aug. 2, 2019, I took my last bite of sugar and flour. I’ve lost 32 pounds and 3 pant sizes to-date. But what I eat now is not a diet, it’s a way of life. And it’s not even about the food. In this post I’m sharing the meal plan I follow and a little more about my postpartum weight loss journey.

Two years ago I opened up for the first time about my struggles with perfectionism and social media.
