Just A Strict Diet? Why I’m Starting The Whole30
On Monday I’m starting The Whole 30. I first heard about it three or four years ago and at the time, the first thing that stood out to me was no carbs (except potatoes, vegetables and fruits). I couldn’t imagine following a diet so strict that brown rice wasn’t allowed. I didn’t give it another thought until about a month ago and here’s why my mind has changed. Completely.
