Valentine’s Day is one of those fun holidays where no matter what you do (casual night in or dressy night out) your makeup can really make you feel feminine and put together. Because my creativity often starts and ends with pink or red lipstick, I asked Lauren to share her favorite products for a classic and clean Valentine’s Day look (by the way, you should know Lauren is famous! Check her out in this awesome video she did with Sephora!)…
Ahhh, Valentine’s Day. The holiday of love. While I do love this romantic holiday, I’m also a believer in showing love year round! Whether you’re heading out (or staying in) with your loved one, or enjoying a “galentine’s” day with your girls, these are my favorite products for a sultry look. I don’t know what my man has planned this year, but I’m definitely opting for a glowy, luminous face, a bright lipstick, and a deep smokey eye. Cover FX’s Illuminating Primer paird with NARS Sheer Glow makes for gorgeous, luminous coverage. And the NARS Narsissist palette? The perfect palette for a sexy smokey eye. A Valentine’s Date is not complete without a spritz of your favorite perfume. It just gives me that extra boost of confidence!

I always have a hard time choosing — pale pink, bright pink or red lips? This year, I’m definitely going for the bright pink. What about you?

We hope you have an amazing Valentine’s Day this year!
Be sure to check out more of Lauren’s beauty favorites on her blog, (and don’t forget to watch the Sephora video!).
