Well, here I am at the end of week 2 again. Sometimes I have to re-read my blog post from the last time I was in this spot. This is always the point that can make or break your success with a fitness plan. You start feeling confident about the consistency of your progress and it’s easy to start expecting results from your hard work. Results won’t show for at least two more weeks. So I’ll be pressing on until then. Thanks for all the positive support in the comments and on Instagram! You make me feel like I can do anything! Muah!
My workout progress this week + weekend forecast (Week 2 of 8):
Monday PM: 3-mile run, stadiums, 1-mile cool-down jog
Tuesday PM: 3.1-mile run
Wednesday PM: 5-mile run
Thursday PM: 1-mile warmup run + 8 x 400’s at 5k pace + leg lifts
Friday AM: 3-mile run + lifts (possible PM workout if I’m really feeling it!)
Saturday AM: 5-mile run
Sunday AM: possible 3-mile run or rest
