I have this crazy stomach issue that keeps bothering me around the time of my period. Without sharing TMI, it basically was my excuse for not feeling up to working out M-W. It’s okay. Things like that happen in real life and we carry on. As I mentioned last week, this is the point where moving forward (especially when you feel like you’ve taken two steps back) is critical to staying on track and continuing to see progress. I feel like I’ve lost a little momentum, but I know it just takes a couple days of good eating and consistent workouts to get my perspective back. So my focus this next week will be to repeat my level of dedication from Week 2. And because I’ve done it before, I know I can do it again. And so can you!
