Pulling out my last photos from Maui! Feels like forever ago. I miss being able to wear a swimsuit all day, not doing my hair and throwing on these flippies everywhere I go.

Life has been crazy lately and since I’ve been traveling to and fro (vacation + various work trips), I thought I’d share my favorite healthy snacks for traveling or just when you’re on-the-go!

Almonds + Raisins (I put these in a sandwich bag and try to make them last several days.)
Plain Rice Cakes + Almond Butter (I love adding jam, too, but if you’re traveling via airport and almond butter isn’t conducive, the snack-size flavored rice cakes are just as good.)
Grapes (Fruit in general is great for a low-cal snack, but it’s not easy to keep it cold when traveling. I took a bag of grapes on our flight to Maui and they were awesome for staving off my peanut M&M cravings. I also recommend frozen grapes, which will also stay cold longer.)
Skinny Pop (This popcorn is my latest addiction. You can buy it in giant bags at Coscto and it only has 39 calories per cup! Just be sure to put it in a sandwich baggy so you don’t eat more than the serving size and defeat the purpose of it being low-cal.) πŸ˜‰
Protein Bars (You can read about my fave Think Thin protein bars in this post, but I also love Premier Protein Crisp bars – available in bulk at Coscto – as an easy meal replacement. Always good to get your protein!)
Beef Jerky (Beef jerky is not my favorite to eat on an airplane or around people because the seasonings are usually pretty potent, but if I need something savory and I’m in a hurry, beef jerky is my go-to. And again, obvs great source of protein.)

I’d love to hear more snack ideas! What do you eat on the go?

Amanda

Cute outfit! I also do the almonds and raisins in a bag- such an easy, convenient, healthy and delicious way to satisfy a craving! I've also been loving celery or apples with almond butter lately- so yummy! Happy Friday girl! xo
