I had a fun outfit to share on Wednesday and wasn’t able to post it in time, so it’ll have to wait until next week. All I can say is, when working out is my priority, it is a TOP priority (even if other tasks have to take a back seat occasionally). So I’m excited to report on my latest progress. I decided to start an 8-week plan (rather than 6) because I’m training for a 10k in 8 weeks. I’m also using my Lose It! app again for tracking calories consumed vs. calories burned (it’s a great way to give purpose to eating healthy and working out… and they go hand-in-hand anyway). 
My workout progress this week + weekend forecast (Week 1 of 8):

Monday PM: 6-mile run (thought this would be easier than it was, but felt AMAZING when it was over!)
Tuesday PM: 3-mile run
Wednesday PM: 35-min tempo run (read more about that here)
Thursday PM: 3.1-mile run (when training for a race, I like to push myself through an extra .1 or .2 at the end of a 3- or 6-mile run)
Friday PM: 30-min. stairmaster + 30-min. elliptical intervals + weights (arms/abs)
Saturday AM: 4-mile run + abs
