I just have to say how much I love reading your comments. I’ve been hesitant to share too many details about my fitness goals for fear of being criticized. But each week I am pleasantly surprised by so many supportive comments. Honestly, it means the WORLD. And helps me feel comfortable about sharing more. So thank you. Overall, things are going really well because I’ve been focusing my energy on building the new (not fighting the old). Running has become the foundation of my plan, including my eating plan, and I’m finally to that point where it’s not a struggle to make time for working out. I CRAVE it.

Monday PM: 5-mile run
Tuesday AM: 5-mile run
Wednesday: Rest (traveling for work)
Thursday PM: Rest (traveling)
Friday PM: 6-mile run + legs
Saturday AM: 6-mile run
Sunday AM: 4-mile run
