As promised, here’s my quick little tip to eating healthier in 2013…
When you crave sweets, such as chocolate, ice cream, cookies, candy, etc., choose sweet fruits (oranges, pears, apples, raspberries, pineapple) as a replacement. It’ll curb your craving and you’ll feel healthy and satisfied (and guilt-free) afterwards.
If you have a major sweet tooth, like me, you may have tried this. I’m not a nutritionist, but this works for me. The hardest part is getting the processed sweets out of your house and always keeping fruits on-hand. You’ll grow to appreciate fresh fruits more than you ever thought you could. So delish.

    Bracelet over the sweater…such a good idea! I never wear bracelets in the winter because my sleeves always cover them up anyways. PS. You hair looks great
