Hello, hello! I hope you had an amazing weekend! Matt and I stayed out a little too late Friday night with some old friends (it was a fun flashback to my sleep-deprived college years). I love getting caught up in great conversations about life. It’s so refreshing and inspiring. We’re all heading on a weekend trip together pretty soon, so it’s back to the grind with nutrition and fitness goals (it’s always better with company… I should have remembered this when making my New Year’s resolutions).
Eat 5-6 small, balanced meals per day and prepare meals in advance (Sundays/Wednesdays).
Only eat sweets 1 x per week.
Workout (weight lifting) 5-6 days per week.
Run a minimum of 2 miles 5-6 days per week.
To stay positive, read a few pages from “Choose to Lose” by Chris Powell at least 1 x per week.
Share my weekly progress with others (to keep me honest).
